The movie is set during Operation Market Garden. The story line is cut, and you get to follow the events from the sides of: British Commandos, a few German soldiers, an SS group, an American Colonel with his men, Dutch resistance and a German accountant. They all have the same mission, to lay their hands on stolen gold and artifacts. Sounds confusing enough?

Not only are there way too many plots lines and key figures, the movie also switches between trying to be a comedy and trying to be a serious war movie. None of it works and it just ends up being a mess.

This is in fact a terrible movie. You have an American Colonel looking and acting like he’s a rock star, modern rock music is blasting during some escape scenes and there’s just so many historical errors. The casting is not good at all, none of the actors delivers a believable role. There was nothing good about this movie and it feels like it’s written for kids, more or less by kids actually. The actions scenes are very unrealistic and the dialog is even worse.

Don’t see it unless you want shake your head in disappointment.
